António Vilhena
Board Director, Founding Partner
Prior to founding Norfin António was the CEO of CGC, a project management company and spent 9 years as CEO of Gabarito, a real estate developer in Portugal and Brazil. He has more than 35 years experience. António is a Civil Engineer by the University of Mozambique and he completed a post-grad in Structural Engineering promoted by NUCLEM (Nuclebrás Group) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
