We have a 30-day Refund Policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Your order can only be returned if it is in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged items or other problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
